How do I return a purchase I made online at for a refund?

At we offer a 90-day comfort guarantee. Return your unworn purchase in it’s original packaging within 90 days to receive a refund for your merchandise. If you were charged shipping on your original purchase this amount will not be refunded.

-Include a copy of the completed return form with your merchandise. Form is located on the back of the packing list that was included with your shipment

-Items must be returned unworn and within 90 days of purchase

-Item must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Once your return has been accepted and processed a refund for the merchandise will be sent back to the card used for purchase. For security reasons we cannot apply credits to additional credit cards. You will be notified via email that your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit any refund.

If your item has been worn or does not meet any of the criteria listed above it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

We do not provide return shipping labels for returns for refund. We suggest sending your return using a trackable and insurable method as we are not responsible for any merchandise lost in transit during a return.

Items purchased online at CANNOT be returned to our retail location.

How do I return an item purchased at for an exchange?

At we offer a 90-day comfort guarantee. You can return or exchange any unworn footwear or accessory purchase within 90-days if you don’t love it. To exchange your purchase please follow the steps below:

Contact a customer service representative to request the following:

-a prepaid UPS return label

-the shoe you would like in exchange to be held for up to 10 days

This can be done by calling 877-DARDANO (option#3) or by emailing your request to

Complete the Dardanos Return Form located on the back of the packing list included with your shipment. If you no longer have this form, please have customer service email you a replacement. Please include this form with your shipment.Drop off your return at any UPS Store location or call 800-PICKUPS to schedule a pickup

Please keep in mind that the average transit time for UPS ground service is 5-7 business days.

Once we receive your merchandise and verify that it meets the return criteria, you will be notified that your exchange has been processed. You will also receive your new UPS tracking number.

Dardano’s Shoes retail locations cannot process exchanges for items purchased at at this time.

How do I return a purchase made at a Dardano’s Shoes retail location?

Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy, please read below for the return policy details:

Dardano’s Comfort Guarantee

We welcome you to try your new Footwear for fit and comfort. All we ask is that you do so on a carpeted surface. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new footwear, please return them with your original box and receipt within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

 After 30 days, or if proof of purchase is not available, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Footwear that is worn or can’t be restocked is non-returnable.

All sales are final on clearance or sale merchandise. No returns or exchanges.

Items purchased at a Dardano’s Shoes store location can only be returned or exchanged at that Dardano’s location. The Internet Sales Department will not accept or process returns or exchanges for items purchased at a Dardano’s Shoes store location.

How do I return defective merchandise purchased at

If you have received merchandise that you believe to be defective or flawed in anyway, please contact our online customer service department at 877-*DARDANO (option#3) or within 90 days of your purchase. We will send you a pre-paid UPS return label. Please let the customer service representative what is wrong with your merchandise and if you’d like a replacement. If the item cannot be replaced we will issue you a refund. You will be notified by email when your replacement item is on it’s way or if a refund has been issued.

If you have an item that you purchased at our retail location that you believe is defective please contact our retail location at 877-DARDANO (option#2)

Yes, any item purchased on our online store is able to be returned for a refund. We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult, and we strive to make the process as easy as possible.

Please be sure that all returns are unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 90 days.
