We're looking for a positive and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience with coffee and espresso preparation, is highly focused and enjoys working in a busy coffee shop. A successful candidate will be able to take swift action if any problems arise in the high-pressure environment, is always willing to help coworkers with any questions, and makes sure that all stained cups are properly disposed of at the end of the night.
Responsibilities Include:
· Operate a coffee machine · Correctly prepare coffee drink orders · Have knowledge of customer preferences and how to fulfill them · Know how to handle customer complaints· Appropriately clean coffee machines and other equipment used in the coffee shop · Provide exceptional customer service to coffee shop customers
