For our Gingerbread Spice 45% Milk Chocolate bar, we start with our organic and fair trade milk chocolate, which features flavor notes of roasted nuts and caramel. Our milk chocolate has a higher cocoa percentage than most conventional chocolate bars, which results in a creamy cocoa experience unlike any you’ve had before.

To truly recreate the warming effect of our favorite holiday cookies, we also add an organic spice blend developed specifically for this chocolate bar by the Theo Product Development team. While the exact recipe is a Theo secret, some of the spices included in this festive mix are ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. This chocolatey treat will surely create a delicious holiday season.
